I also have the Flowmaster for the HD. It's dual in / single out. I love it. The truck sounds great and not much resonance. It was a cheap way to go until I can afford the Corsa. $126 for the muffler, 40 install.

I have the Flo-pro dual in-dual out. Looks just like the stock muffler. Low resonance, noticeable difference in feel.

i have the chokemaster, dont know what series cause i got it off a transam but is very little, and sounds good. couldnt tell any power diff really, but i got it cheap and it sounds good , im gettin a spintech very soon. ive heard that flowmaster is one of the least complementing mufflers for our trucks and the ls1 based engine period.

corsa or b&b if you have the cash. if not go with magnaflow. stay away from flowmaster if you don't want interior resonance. Man I wish I had a corsa muffler.

Default Nelson Tune

Hey Guys,
Just joined the forum and got a question.I've got a 04 RCSB with the 4.8 and was wondering about the Nelson tune.Is it better to go with that tune or a Preadator?
Thanks,Will

i have always liked the custom ones done by your local shop that is good!! i have tried all kinds and i like my 3 inch custom duels with flow master 2 chamber,(3 chamber is quieter,) better than all that i have tried and that is a lot on a lot of different car and trucks!!!

Jardine is prototyping their exhaust on my trailblazer so i'll see how that sounds behind a 5.3 as well. (even though this is a highjacking of a 6.0L thread)
