04 5.3 needs alittle power for alittle money

ok i have an 04 Z71 and i need to get some power out of it without spending a lot of money i don't have a very big budget can anyone tell me what the best upgrade is for the money

custom tune, full exhaust, cold air intake. that will have it running good for a small budget.
