Default 02 Narrowband Wiring

I am in the process of passing SMOG.I re-installed the stock exhaust. One of my )2's was bad, so I changed it out with one from a 2004 4.8 work van. I intalled the sensor and spliced in my old O2 plug. I am not getting a reading, just a solid .450 mv.

My question is:

Are the 04 and 01 O2's interchangable?
If so, does anyone have a schematic for the wiring?

Thanks!

Seems like there was a change when they went to drive by wire(03+) that involved the sensors being internaly grounded or gorunded throught the PCM.

The info should be here somewhere.
