ATAP is a short word for AutoTap which is the logging software that some of us use to see what's going on with our trucks.

The o2 bung is the threaded part of the exhaust pipe where you fit the o2 sensor into. I always thought it was a funny name.

A wideband is what some use to get their true air/fuel ration sense the stock o2 sensors only read accuratly around 14.7 and at WOT these motor's richen up beyond accuracy of the stock o2 sensor, which is where the wideband o2 comes in.

Nope ATAP only reads in a narrow band of 14.7:1 I think (stoic) the wideband O2 reads from ~9:1 to 16:1 I think. It allows for MUCH better tuning b/c you know exactly what your A/F is at WOT (open loop).

ATAP is good for logging/monitoring stuff, Wideband for A/F, and EDIT for changes.
