I've gotten a pinout of the PCM and chased wires, still nothing.
I think for the hell of it I am going to change CKP sensors.
I was actually going to dig this up and look at the schematics of the ign coils again.
All the grounds checked out.

Can someone measure the BRN/WHT wire at the coil packs and tell me what voltage it's reading? Mine is reading nothing at rest but a quick 5v pulse when cranking. I'm wondering if this is the problem?? I'm also getting nothing out of the Control wire.

Thanks to CC4.8 it's running. One of his guys found a ground for the coil circuit. 
It was a wire on the bottom side of the harness, the part that goes under the front of the oil pan.
New thread coming in the next few days.
