Not yet, im gonna do it tomarrow, just wanted to go to the dealer and see if i could pick one up just incase it is the hose. Thats why i need the part number. I'm gonna sink the modual in a bucket of gas and switch it on, i should be able to dianose the problem pretty quickly with that.

I agree, turn it on and watch the flow.

I called the shop listed in that link on Friday. They are local to me and I was looking to buy one and install it over the weekend. The guy runs the business as a hobby, but does have stock. He didn't know what misc parts would be needed with out 03 and earlier trucks to complete a "kit". Nice guy, but he won't have your answers.

Ok guys problem fixed, thanks sooo much for ur input. Turns out there was a small hole in the intank line, amazing how fast that little hole bleeds off that pressure. Went to my service center to try to get another one of those plastic hoses, turns out they do not sell them separate, would have to buy the whole module... 500 bux! i was like hell f no to that. Ended up getting a piece of nylon fuel injector turbing and cut it to fit. It doesn't flex like the old hose, but it works, and at this point i don't care, lol. Thanks again guys.

make sure that hose is designed for in-tank use (submerged in fuel).
they are only like $2.50 from the link above

I would think it is, it is plastic fuel injector tubing. it's nylon. I will see about gettin one of those from that link tho. Theres looks like it might be to short however, the truck ones are longer.
Thanks,
Nate

My concern now is that my tube isn't flexable....... hope that doesn't mess anything up.

Man i couldn't get answers to this either, i just stuck the thing in there as is. It seems to work fine, i went and logged a run with just above 1/8 of a tank (like a line or two above E) and my FP dropped after it shifted to second gear.... i filled it back to halfway and did it again and it was fine, so i think i will only have to keep off WOT when under a 1/4 tank.
Man with all the crap.... i kinda wish i would have just gotten the inline setup, what a pain.
