now why is that? stock C6Z wheels are 18x9.5 up front

A lot of things besides wheel diameter involved, such as wheel offset, spoke curvature, and so on. A stock C6 wheel would not fit, the Z06 wheel uses a spacer to fit.

I've been wondering if i could stuff them in my Coddington's cause i have a ton of room between my caliper and wheel now, i just don't feel like spending a grand on a lark
