well with wilwood you get 6 piston calipers, with baer you only get 2 piston, but if you upgrade to baer's 6 piston the price is ver y similar, you pay for what you get!

Dont listen to Jim... His brakes suck!!! LOL.... J/K Jim...

I found a set of 4 brembo drill/slot rotors from a guy who got them for his truck and never installed them. I got the entire set shipped for ~250. plus a good set of pads. Hawk pads are good ones but the "better" Bendix pads you can get from any parts store are just as good. Add a set od braided stainless hoses to that and you can have a brake upgrade for less than $500 bucks... My parts are going on this Saturday...

I wouldnt go from stock 2 piston calipers to baer 2 piston calipers. My setup was much more reasonable and should work well. SSBC 3 pistin calipers, Powerslot 14' rotors with Hawk pads in the front, SSBC rear rotors and pads, SS brake lines and ATE fluid.

Is this set-up installed? If so how well over stock?

EDawg, I'd stick with the Baers', use the extra $$ else where. There are plenty of fullsize guys running the Baers with 22s and have great results.

No, Nothing is installed. It is all sitting in the garage until I can use my right arm again.

I'd be sure your comparing apples to apples....i understood that the new wilwoods for our trucks had 16" rotors...and the baer's have only ("only" right) a 14" rotor...I have the baer alumasports (2 piston caliper and 14" rotor) and it is a great upgrade, but if the wilwoods were out when i got mine i would have went w/ those.
Good luck and i hope someone here posts about the wilwoods, I'd like to hear about them.
