Will these hangers fit? pics included

Will these fit my ride? The seller "believes" they come off an ext cab.
Anybody know for sure.

Those look to be beltlech. Cross referencing part #'s it seems that single cabs require part # 6512, and ext cabs require part# 6514 for a rear 4" drop hanger/shackle kit.

shackle is pn 6400.

those look like the same hangers i used on my drop kit, belltech 2"s. the eye of the spring goes up into them as opposed to sitting down on it like the stockers. i believe they are the ones your lookin for
