will a powertrax fit in a g80 carrier?

Default will a powertrax fit in a g80 carrier?
i have a g80, and i'm looking at powertrax noslip, will it work with a g80 carrier? or only an open carrier?

The Powertrac website only shows application for open diffs but the year only goes up to 2000. I would call Richmond or Jegs customer service, and ask them for your specific application.

I've emailed Richmond in the past year--NO, it won't fit the G80 carrier on the 10 bolt 8.6" rears. If you want the Noslip, you'll have to buy an open carrier from someone like Randy's R&P.

How strong/durable are the powertrax units, and how much would install be on one?

the install is very simple, took me about an hour and a half. ive had mine for a little more than a year and its doing fine.
