Will an FLT or PerformaBuilt 60/65E hold?

Long story short, had an FLT lvl 5... sold it, now I'm going to keep the truck and need another trans
My new set up is a forged stroker, probably put out around 525fwhp and similar tq #s. On top of that will be nitrous ranging from a 100 shot(street) to 200(maybe 250) strip. So that'll be a max hp # of close to 700.
I do not want to do an 80E swap right now, I just want to throw another built 65E in. Will I be wasting my time and money running a 65? Or can the top level PerformaBuilt trans handle that much power in an AWD 5600+lb truck? When I ordered my FLT I think Vince told me it was good up to only 500 or 550rwhp.
Is anybody pushing their 60/65E near this power and having no trans issues?

I think your going to push the limits of a Lv5 trans with the big shot, that's quite a jolt for the 4l65e to take. The 500hp limit that Vince and Chuck state is a bit conservative.
I run the Level 5 4L65e with a 50 shot on top of the Radix and it has been behaving but it does make me a little nervous.

just curious but what do people brake at that point? If you run billet input/output shafts, Input drum sleeves, good rebuild kit, etc then right there the stuff that most people normally break is out the door since most of that stuff is rated to 750 hp+(less in a truck but still)

you know what I'm gonna say bro....
80.... just do it and be done with it, it may cost a little more initially, but one 80 swap is cheaper than 2 built 65's.... ask me how I know LOL...

The 80E would be a huge PIA... I'd have to get new drive shafts on top of all the other ****.

If you are so dead set against doing the 80e swap then why ask? I think the killer is going to be the higher shot. With my 418 the shifts got mushy compared to my cammed 5.3 on a 100 shot due to the extra power. I went to an 80e because Im going to be running basically the same setup as you and there isnt a 65e in the world that will handle the TQ that nitrous and a stroker makes in a heavy *** truck with traction for very long.
