They will fit if your run 17's like other people mentioned, I just upgraded to 2010 Silverado front brakes on my 03. It was an easy swap. Im also curious about using 07 and up Tahoe, Suburban or Escalade rear brakes. They are single piston with a 13.5" rotor. JUst the front brake swap made an improvement for me. anyone know 07 up rear caliper piston diameter? Otherwise im going to use the twin piston rears like a Silverado SS has in the rear.

 

Yes they deff innately will work. I have a new style escalade. And. Put the same brakes on my 99 rcsb.

 

What is the piston diameter of the 2007 up single piston calipers? I know the single piston on my 03 is 2.128" . 13.5" rear rotors would be sweet.
