Default Who has put a stall in thier 2500hd?

Im looking to put a stall in my 04 2500hd. It has the 6.0 with intake, tune, ls6 cam, ud pulley, longtubes, exhaust. Its a reg cab long bed 2x4 so its not too heavy. I rarely tow anything, but would like to be able to tow a car if needed. What converter would you recomend?

thanks

i dont have a 2500.. but i have a 2500s drivetrain.. and i would reccomend the yank truck thruster.... 2600 can tow more.. but id go with the 3200. it claims 4000 lb towing...

ive had the tt3000 - 4l60e
and pt3600 - 4l80e

and didnt have an issue with either... make sure you tell yank you want the hd converter though so you can keep stock flexplate and spacer

Get the Yank Pro Truck 3600. This thing kicks f*cking ***. You can still drive around at 2000 rpms or less all day long, but put your foot in it and your at 3500 rpms. It's so freaking hard to stay out of it. lol.

If you want to tow a car on any kind of regular basis, go with something less than 3400, and I'd recommend a multi-disk while you're at it give Chris at Circle-D a ring.

You DON'T want to buy an edge converter IMO. Do your homework. Circle-D will build something custom to suit just about any need, Yank makes a good converter as well.

I remember when I got mine, two sets of tires later and it still never gets old.
Throw some slick's on that hog and enjoy some wicked 60' times.
