I meant I don't have anything anymore to shave them strait after welding the holes closed. The whole process is something that I can't do with the equipment I have.

I did all mine on a drill press.. Welded the holes up and used a grinder to grind them down. Cut the center of a wheel out and tac welded that to the hub as a template and drilled the holes.. Easier said than done as always lol

Would you be willing to do a coupe s sets for the right price?

I can make you a drill template to use a 1/8 bit. I just need the o.d. of the center hub.
Using a 5 on 4-3/4 bolt pattern???

I did my own conversion using a 1/2 thick cnc'ed wheel spacer modified to accept steel guide bushings so I could swap drill sizes to drill the hubs and the rotors. To fill the one stud hole that falls within the new bolt pattern I cut down a wheel stud, smothered it in epoxy and pressed it in. Once dry I ground it smooth, worked perfectly.

BTW, hows your truck running?

Thanks! I'll have share some photos and info on the conversion once I get a chance.
Well it was running, but I can't leave anything alone. I have a bunch of projects going on right now so the truck has kind of been neglected. It currently sits like this-

Not yet, the rear is more apart than the front end. I'm welding in taller c-notches, redoing the shock crossmember, adding a driveshaft loop, mini-tubbing the bed, moving the leaf springs under the frame, and ordering a narrowed S60 rear as soon as I get my tax return.
