Default When to do first maintainence on fresh 4l60e rebuild?

How long before the first fluid and filter change on a fresh beefed up 4l60e build? Parts include beast sunshell, transgo boost valve, PWM elimination, alum. accumulator pistons, BW clutches and band, and vette servo. Was filled with fresh Dex III and Lubeguard Red additive as recommended by the builder.

Depending on how well the cooler was flushed and the previous failure, anytime after a 1000 miles or so will not hurt. To be honest with you most guys never worry about it but I think its a good idea. Some fresh fluid and a new filter will definitely help. Vince

I ran a can of lubeguard cooler flush through the lines before hooking it all up again. The trans didn't have a catastrophic failure, the clutches just finally bit the dust according to the rebuilder. I'll give her a change at 1000mi. Thanks Vince.
