Default Wheel Hop Problem

I got this 99' Silverado K&N Air Intake/ Headers/ Hyperthech/ FM Exhaust/ TB Spacer/ 3.73 gears. Had problem w/ wheel hop at the track but on the street it would run alot better. Then added the locker and had the same problem. Any suggestions
