I sent you a PM on the McGaughys hangers and the spindles, I dont want to notch, with the 5.5 drop on my 4wd, with some stiff shocks I shouldnt have a problem with bottoming out right?

Be carefull though, you may come really close to the crossmember going over your driveshaft. You will also need some shims for the axle.
Also, don't back off too much on the torsion bars or you'll find out quickly why. There will be way too much sway and you'll be running too much negative camber with the 2" lowering spindles and cranking down off the t-bars. Trust me, I already know that the 2" lowering spindles put me at -.01 camber on both sides with the camber maxed out as far as it would go positive.
Are your control arms and CV axles (length) the same as the AWD SS truck? You might want to look into that if that's the hidth your looking for.
To make the rear even easier, you could opt for some VHO, 2wd or AWD SS rear leaf packs.
I'm beginning to be a truck suspension pro!
Good luck!
