what shock is best for denali

what shock is best for denali
hey guys,
My denali has been very jumpy lately i mean if i go over little bump or pothole my denali sound like it breaking i think shocks went bad. and it's kinda shakie as well when i take off little fast.
what shocks are u guys use to improve ride and performance. im thinking lowering it little bit too.
