what is the most back spacing on a 15x10 I can use?

5.5 will hit. I ordered 6" BS and had to put a 1" spacer to make it work on disk brakes.

These might work. They have a custom hoop that pushes the drop center out further. I'm not sure if a 7.5 BS will fit on our trucks, but they'll definitely tuck.

I know the rim will not fit with 7.5 back spacing, it will hit the caliper bolt

Is it the edge of the rim, or the dop center? If its the drop center, then these will probably clear. What is the measurement from axle centerline to the top of the bolt?

the edge of the rim will hit the bolt, the bolt sticks up an extra inch or so, I know it is even a problem for 16" rims. I have not got a full exact meassurement but I think I have right at 5.5 " of clearing.
