Default What hydroboost unit has a 3 bolt flange design

Recently my hydroboost unit started leaking between the "log" where the reservoir goes on and the unit where the lines go on. All i can remember is it had a 3 bolt flange style and not the 4 like the usual ones. Any help is appreciated.
