Question What gear lube do I need to use ?

This might sound dumb, but what fluid do I need to run, is there a particular weight I should use. Also should I run a poss additive in it, since it is a trutrac, doesn't have the clutches in it like a reg eaton?? Will SAE 75W-90 do the trick??

Thanks John

75w-90 is the right stuff...and you don't need an additive with a trutrac since it is a locker and not a limited slip

the additive is in there for the clutch type tunes....helps the clutches grab and not slip! i think its called friction modifier.......

I talked to eaton about my posi and my friends true trac and eaton told me to use 80/90 mineral oil based and not synthetic, but synthetic should not hurt IMHO.
