what converter to get circle d or PTC

Default what converter to get circle d or PTC

So i have been looking at the circle D 3000-3200 stall but also at the PTC not sure what stall to get though. I'm in a budget just trying to get the best converter that fits my price range 500, any good help an advice on which should i go with....

when I put my 4L80E in this weekend it will be my 3rd circle d, both of the ones I have ran have worked flawless
278mm 3200 and my 245mm 4C multidisk

The circle d 3200 is great. Put in a regular trailblazer converter when I built my trans first and wound up swapping it for a $400 circle d a few months later. Made the truck drive 30x better. Shifts smoother, engagement is very smooth also.

Is a 3200 stall ok to run in a stock 4l60, with a 5.7 in a truck?

I have that same size cam in a 6.0 full size truck with a circle d 3600-3800 and i love it

My 3200 is on a 5.3 with an intake and a tune and drives great. You can tell the truck needs a cam but over stock its still great.

This ^^^ guy knows his stuff. i have ran ptc converters with bad luck. yes their race car stuff is great, but i have never seen a street converter come to me correct on the first try. I rccomend all of my customers to Chris and not yet have I seen one un happy!
