Default What is a Chassis Package?

I need a used R&P and I have no clue if it matters or not.

But when I called the salvage yard for a used R&P for a 2008 to 2010 Silverado - they asked me: with or without a chassis package.

What is the difference with the R&P if it has a chassis package or not?

Thank you,

For those of you who are curious.
An Ultravan owner in our club came up with a nice modification to be able to get rid of the old drag link and bell-crank steering system. It also provides PS in these old units which is a big bonus.

It uses a 2007 to 2011 Silverado 1500 R&P.
Here is a picture of his R&P installed and what I am in the process of doing.

Chassis pkg is where it comes w no bed on it. Usually sent from manufacture to place to have utility beds or commercial equipment installed
