what causes this in 4l80e ?

Default what causes this in 4l80e ?

so since i have had my 4l80e built with all the goodies 2 times it has done this going to 3rd i have put over 500 miles on it. anyone know what this could be or is it just the converter trying to lock up and unlocking?

Is it a DBW setup? Sounds like a throttle cut that I fight with mine.
