What is the black box called?

What is the black box called?
That is attached to the side of the tranny with the shifter cable shaft through it?

Does anyone have one for a 4L60E?

I had a thread like this at the beginning of the year. It's the Neutral switch. Napa should have them cheaper than the dealer.
