Default vig 3200 for lt1 fbod...work in my truck?

Hi all. I have a vigilante 3200 stall torque converter that I bought for my dad's LT1 trans-am. Will this work in my 2000 ex cab silverado?

you need a LS1 converter. and depending on the year of the trans i dont need it will work with the shaft

i do run a ls1 converter on my 02 setup
