It is a driveshaft for sure not probably a driveshaft. Go pull your stocker at a minimum and get it high speed balanced and the u-joints checked or bite the bullet and get one built.

What gear was it in? Did you go wot or roll into it?
Try just slightly rolling into the throttle to the same speed.
I had a vibration that would only happen at WOT at around 80mph. Cruising up to 80mph+ i had not vibration. What was causing mine was worn out rear suspension parts allowing the rear end to rotate and causing the pinion angle togo extremely positive.

I had a vibration that didn't show up until about 40+ and it got worse as speed increased. Mine was a driveshaft... to be fair though, I had also broken a slip yolk and sent the driveshaft flying into a ditch prior to that.

Driveshaft specialist of Texas was great to me and I have recomended them several times. I would bet your driveline angles are off after that 4/7 drop too though, so you need to look into that while your under it.
