Default V6 lowering springs?

Guys, I want to lower the front of my truck some, and I keep seeing the V6 lowering springs, are these just springs out of a v6 truck? if so, it should be a direct swap correct? sorry to sound dumb but I'm not much into lowering trucks too much, but thanks in advance!

Yea stock v6 springs from a fullsize will drop your truck or you can cut a Coil off your stockers you'll never tell the difference
