Default Unlevel ride height

Recently lowered my 2001 Chevy silverado 4-6. The rear is sagging on the drivers side. Does anyone know if I put new shocks in the truck will it raise up that side a little as that shock is completely blown or am I gonna have to buy leaf springs?

If the shock is blown or damage then you should replace it but it sounds like your talking about the "Chevy Lean" (lean caused by extra weight on that side).

From side to side What is the difference in height front and rear? My passenger side is 2 inches higher then the driver side.... I have noticed this problem. Belltech has a spacer that goes on top of the driver side coil spring to lift it enough to level the truck out. I have noticed on mine that the driver side load spring is hitting the other springs and on the passenger side there is 1 1/2 inch gap from the leaf springs and the overload

have you all ever noticed it gets to be less prominate as the gas gauge leans more towards E lol, My buddys said i need to quit drinkin so much beer its actually caused by the extra weight from the gas tank being on that side. Put a fuel cell in at the rear of the bed ha ha worked for me

Yep,can't compensate for the gas and the driver I actually want to go a little lower, but I'm afraid of the rubbing.Mine already rubbs at all four corners now.
