Default Truck vibrates from 15-40mph

Couple days ago my 4l80e exploded on me, whole bell housing cracked. When ever I took a look under it it still had the drivehsaft.
After getting it towed to get it checked out and get the tranny replaced it turns out that it was missing the back piece of the driveshaft.

Well new tranny was in, new Yoke for the front shaft and a back piece shaft(used) and new U-Joints. Truck was "Ready" but started vibrating nasty! from 15-40, at 40 it feels like the truck is going through thousands of speed bumps. After 45+ it stops vibrating and feels normal.
Okay now it was supposedly the carrier bearing, got it replaced and still the same.
Now supposedly the flywheel, got it replaced and still the same.
What could it be?

The front piece yes. The back piece was pulled off a junk yard. But they said that if it was the shaft it'll vibrate at higher speeds.
I don't even know what to do with it no more.

To fix pinion angle you miss with the rear axle to fit.

It's the angle of your rear end. Most shops round here are couple hundred to set pinion angle. Which would suck if that wasn't your problem. But you can get a pinion angle tool and check it and c if its right. Somebody will have to chime in I don't know what it should be at
