I recall threads in the past about the tru-cool bypass not being very good at all.

The trans needs some heat,not to much but some.I do not thik it would be best to roll around at 100 TFT's constantly.

Like very soon. Just installed shift kit, servo, and Circle D TB TC, so it's going to be generating some heat

Interested to hear/read the 'negative' points regarding the bypass style cooler.

FYI, my B&M with a bypass pluged. I will never buy another plate style cooler again...

I think I'm going to go ahead and order the one with the bypass. It cools as much in the summer, and won't keep the tranny too cold in the below 32 degree winter weather
