Transmission pan gasket ques

My donor trans was a 2wd case. I had to move the bracket out of the way to get the pan on and off, so I thought it might be an issue for you as well. My truck is also a AZ truck as well. still ended up using a 1/2" impact, 15mm deep well impact socket, 12in impact extension, and impact wobble. be forewarned, regardless of how you do it, you might end up snapping them. Make sure to get the gaskets for the manifold to y-pipe.

yea, I hear of a lot of people breaking these bolts. Hopefully the pb blaster will work on em!

if you can, use a torch and PB in that order right before you hit it.

gotcha! I'll try to keep from burning my face off in the meanwhile. I suspect that stuff is pretty flammable
