so yall think i would be fine to do a filter and fluid on a 97k mile trans with 1 change at 43k mebbie one around 25k i dunno i got it at 43k and it had brand new fluid in it

the fluid is jsut starting to smell a lil burnt and has a lil discoloration to it slight black speckles either burnt fluid or clutch debree

yeah a fluid and filter would be just fine, since you had it serviced about 50k ago i guess your safe for now. plus most tranny flushes run around 100$ at most shops, i know ours does , so just changin the fluid and filter will save ya about 80$
