Question TransGo HD2

I have searched for installs of a TransGo HD2 kit, and I am having no luck.

Has anyone installed one?
Are thay hard to install?
What is a servo?
Way is a corvette servo used?

CT, here's the link for the Transgo Shift kit. And I know they have Servos as well,

I'm ment to say I am looking for someones advice on how hard they are to install. I have got one from a member new and I would like to know if it's better to let a tranny shop install it or could I do it myself

It is a simple job. The instructions that come with the Transgo HD2 kit are very thorough. Though, if you have not opened up a transmission before it can be intimidating

is the servo something that I should change also? is there any thing that I should replace while I am in there?

CT, send an e-mail/PM to Too Tall, he may have something written step by step you can follow. He installed my Transgo.

servos apply 2-4 band. band is engaged in 2nd and fourth. servo is located under a round cover on passenger side of tranny. corvette 2nd servo has more apply area than stock truck servo therefore more holding power and firmer shifts. billet servos have more area still yet but are more expensive.

someone correct me if im wrong or leaving something out

there are actually two servos that engage the band, i think corvette servo is only 2nd gear but not sure
