Default Transfer case question

If I take a transfer case from a 4x4 silverado like mine that is chain or one with clutches can you flip it to the passenger side if you move the pick-up for the pump so it is in the bottom in fluid? Or is there a transfer case that will mount to a 80e/60e that is on the passenger side and fairly heavy duty.

Hmm, not sure Brent. What do you have planned, what would you do front axle wise?

I'm thinking about swapping everything from my truck to a Colorado or Canyon, but they have the front diff on the wrong side.

You can't use the Colorado case? They came with 5.3's in 4x4 right ??

The NP241 out of a 91ish 4x4 suburban is what you need.. its a passenger side drop..

I used one in my Samurai for Toyota axles..
