Default Trans/Converter problem?

2007 Chevy Classic with original 4L60E and 140,000 miles recently began shuddering slightly around 40-50 mph when slight load is introduced, like a hill. Computer scan didn't pick anything that might be related, such as the TCC.
What test can be done to identify problem without going through a process of elimination?
If it is the converter, would it make sense to replace it or replace/rebuild whole transmission, due to mileage?
FWIW, I just changed plugs and wires, but that didn't help. Scan did show two bad O2 sensors.

My 02 Yukon did that. It's a common "feature". Do a google search and cry a little ;-)

I meant my post to mean don't worry too much! I tuned my shift points and lockup around the vibration point.

I didn't know what you meant by it. I have searched high and low and was just hoping for a way to definitively pinpoint the converter, or whatever it may be. There seems to be a gazillion things that can cause it.
I plan on changing trans filter and adding Dr. Tranny Instant Shudder Fixx.

I did a 4l80e swap to fix my shudder issue.

That's my long term plan, along with a 6.0
