Default Trans or Converter? ... Help analizing scan...

I have been having some slipping with my 4L80 so I ran a scan to determine if it is the trans, converter or both. Once I started analyzing the scan, I saw a few things that bewildered me such as the input and output rpm staying the same in 4th (although I can clearly feel it shift to 4th when driving) and i/o rpm higher than engine rpm in 4th with converter locked. If you guys could look over the scan and provide your input I would appreciate it. Starting at 22:47 I used the controls to lock the trans in 3rd and lock the converter (although the TCC mode says OFF).
Sorry, Site won't let me attach the config file.

Can anyone tell me why I would be seeing a 1:1 input:output ratio in 4th or why the input rpm is higher than engine rpm on constant speed with the converter locked?

I meant to look at the scan when I was home with HPT..... forgot. I'll try tonight.
