Default Tranny Stall Help!!!

I have a 01 silverado with a 6.0L and I am putting a turbo400 behind it with a 70mm turbo front mount with intercooler. My question is what stall should I run to get the most out of the truck, It is my Daily driver. I was thinking around 2200-2800 Thanks

OK what stall and what gear ratio should I go with? I have 4.10 in now but they are coming out. I'm running 285,50,20 tire size. Any input would be great

I think a lot of turbo guys use 3.42's to help load the turbo. I'm not a FI guy though, so you may want to wait for one of them to chime in or use the search.
