Default ....Tranny problems....again

so heres the deal maybe someone can chime in with some good sugestions. If I drive around normal and dont give it too much fuel the tranny acts perfect, but if I jump on it in first up to 4k or when all thru the gear it bangs it out and bucks and wont shift till I back off an give it a little gas again. After that from a dead stop and babying it it runs up to 3k rpm the feels like it drops into a lower gear and wont shift until I really back out of it and give a little bit of gas. If I park it for a bit its fine until I repeat the process, wtf? Also theres been a couple times when I jump on it at 60 or so and it feels like it just goes into nuetral after the initial hit and bangs rev limiter. ???????
