Default tranny lines into radiator

in the middle of pulling the radiator out and was curious if alot of at fluid will come out of the line that run into the radiator. and when i do take them out could i cover the ends with some duct tape or is that a bad idea, or what would bea better choice.

I didn't get much, just put a rag under the fitting when you pull it apart and it should soak up the little bit that comes out. I think if the truck has been sitting for awhile the fluid drains back into the tranny.
