Default Tranny leaking

got a 06 gmc 5.3 ex-cab. Have been noticing that every morning when i get ready to leave for work or school when im backing up i see a new tranny leak spot on the concrete. Have not done any burnouts or mudding. about 2 or 3 times a week i drive around and i use the tow-haul button on occasion. got underneath my truck and there is tranny fluid on the oil pan and bolt as well as on the tranny. some bolts were a bit loose but i snuged them back. truck is still in waranty but is there anything i can do?? also is it normal for the oil pressure gauge to jump from the middle of the gauge to almost all the way at wot. j/w. thanks
