I say on my 2006 silverado. I did change tranny fluid at first service which I'd around 36k mileage on it. Now my truck already passed 100k now. Wonder to see do I really need to change fluid again. I check the fluid level and the color show pink

Id like to say i change mine every 20-30k but i havent..Id go ahead and drop the pan and change the filter and refill..
I would not suggest doing a "flush" though,as its been known to do more bad than good
