They do lose alot of ground clearance especially on a lowered truck, i believe thos may only work on stock height vehicles

LOL yea I was thinking about that too. If I put those on my truck I'd be laying traction bar with a static drop

A friend of mine who has a lightning had Caltracs. Then he used some of the hardware and made a set of bars that are longer then Caltracs and come up to the back of the cab. There was a night and day difference with the longer bars!

i bet the work really well, hell i bet you could have both those and caltracs and run the caltracs on the street for clearance and swap bars at the track to the long bitches

I bet that is what this guy does! you can still see the brackets on the front bushings on the leafs.

those are called long bars. i thought of that idea awhile ago and was going to have a setup madeup but funds got cut short. lightnings are known to pull 1.4 60's with nothing more then those bars

those are a great option for ppl that have lowerd trucks since mose hangers need to be alterd where with these you dont
