Default Towing with a Yank TT3000

I have a tt3000 and I going to program my trans with hptuners. I will be towing about 4000lbs.Its a 2 hour trip to the track probably 65 to 75 mph. Should I lock up the converter every gear? just 3rd and 4th.What rpm? Should I just use the stock "tow" tune? I have a shift kit with a vette servo and a BIG trans cooler probably to big.
