For those of you who grind rear calipers to fit bogarts...
I don't know how you do it...
This is what happened when we tried...BEWARE

looks like you grinded to much off anyway, then again what do you expect from cast iron?
i milled mine
to fit without taking to much off!!

havent even put my milled ones on yet the ones i ground have served its purpose very well!!
barely got below the ribs

These were bogarts.
We ground a bunch on my front calipers to fit my fronts, but there was still lots of meat left everywhere when we were done. No big deal.
Once we finally got enough ground off the brackets for the rear of this truck, my buddy said there is no way that was safe. So we bet him he couldn't break it with a hammer. He barely swung and this was the result. Even if that would have worked, there was no way a caliper was fitting in there. He ended up swapping to drums so they would fit.

15's clear drums on the 05-07 classic with no issues. I can't speak for the newer models.
My buddy just bought a complete rear and swapped all the parts over to his rear end. Axles and drums. Said it took about 3 hours from start to finish. We ground for 5+ hours and the end result was the video above.
