i agree with goldenvelvet. i jumped from 42's to 73's then to the 10's. and i like the 4.10's the best. my mileage has not gone down and it pulls a lot better at any rpm. only thing you should be aware of is it will lower your downshift spots. my sweet spots are 20 to 28 and 45 to 56 or so. at least thats were i get the best downshifts

Blown, I've been meaning to ask ya about that race weight too. You have the half ton crew cab right? My last time at the track I was in full street trim-minus the tailgate of course 3/4 tank of gas and myself and mine weighed in at 5155 LBs. Are you running 20's?

I am running 20's. I tipped the scales @ 5400 with my fat *** in the driver seat and a half tank of gas. I am going to run this truck the way it sits, not even going to mess with slicks.

so if you had a different driver youd be at about 4100 lbs?
