...is there a how to conversion out there for our trucks? i have tried looking and cant find anthing..

any help would be great

You'll need a conversion flexplate like one from ATI. They're usually flat, and include a spacer that goes on the crank. You'll need a TH350/TH400 specific converter too. You'll need a 5spd crossmember for the TH400 (not sure on the TH350) and you'll have to add about a 1" spacer to it. Custom length driveshaft, coolant lines, shifter and that's about it.
