Default T case and drive shafts

Now that my NV3500 is out and my NV4500 is in the only drivetrain parts that haven’t been replaced are my Transfer case and drive shafts. The T case has 115k Miles on it and as far as I know has never had the pump saver installed. Manually shifting it requires a good amount of force and I think it is making a slight rubbing or grinding noise.

I know the NP261 can hold plenty of power Atomic and many other members are proof of that so I plan to replace the factory one with a rebuilt T case with the updated case half. As for drive shafts I know I don't make much power at all right now but eventual goals will be around 600hp and I would like to go ahead and get them squared away now.

Question is what should I have done to the drive shafts?
Have stronger ones built?
Rebalance the factory ones?
Upgraded U joints?

Also for the T case.
What fluid do people like?
Anyone know a good place to buy one?
Any upgrades besides the pump rub fix?

Thanks for the help!
