t-56 swap HELP!!
Well, i decided to do the t-56 swap today, i got it all done, pretty much no problem... except i have no clutch!
I have the truck master, 02+ style slave, and ls7 clutch/flywheel.
I bled and bled, still a mushy pedal, no feeling at all....
this is a brand new slave and the master is somewhat used....
i did not use a shim because i figured with the ls7 clutch/flywheel with the 02+ f-body slave, i would not need one...
is there any good methods for bleeding? ive tried just about everything and this is my DD so i have to have it going by Monday.

Chill out..
What i have seen work is to just walk away from it and let it work the bubbles out on its own.. walk out every hour or so and push the pedal a few times and let it sit.. Do all of this with the cap on and the MC res. full

If that doesnt work get a vacuum pump and seal up the cap.. pull a vacuum and make sure it stays full.. it will pull the air out of the system.. I had to do it last time i did my clutch in my swapped 5 speed el camino just to save time so i could drive it.. Nice day to drive, just finished new clutch install you do the math..

alright, i tried pumping it a couple times every hour and it ended up working, BUT i had to pull up about a half inch past where it returned to to finally get it to work

If it were mine.. and i had access to or could get a vacuum bleader i would do that.. It will make life alot easier, i dont know how many times i have seen clutches go out and all kinds of other moronic things just because of a misbled and therfore never properly disengaging clutch..

Speed Bleeder guys.. I have one on my Z and installed one when I swapped my friend's '02 Truck to a T56. I bullshit you now when I say it takes me under 3 min to bleed it completely..
