Hotchkis bars front and rear are hollow. Addco I dont know if they are or not.

Hollow is better from a physics standpoint for weight to strength, assuming the wall thickness is sufficient. It's harder to twist due to the increase in surface area. I came across this: http://forums.bimmerforums.com/forum.../t-334213.html for those who are really curious about the math involved. But in the end, I don't think it would be a SOTP difference in the two bars.
